Steve is a former National track champion and has been teaching children’s sport and activities programs for 27 years. 

He is regarded as one of the world's top children’s activity instructors lecturing in over 15 Countries and in 1995 was awarded the International Fitness Instructor of  the Year - the first non-American to ever win this accolade.

Steve wrote, hosted and co-produced the Gym Jam Club, a successful health and lifestyle television show for children which aired in Australia from 2000 to 2003.

Rod Cedaro - Director

Rod is an internationally renowned exercise physiologist and international coach who has consulted to the Australian Institute of Sport and Olympic Committees.

A former Australian Ironman Triathlon Champion, Rod placed 5th at the 1991 World Duathlon Championship, and twice won the Brisbane City Marathon.

Rod has a Masters degree in Exercise Physiology and an Australian Coaching Council Level III accreditation. He also remains involved with the scientific research, as well as the worldwide promotion of cutting edge exercise science technology.
